Questions
What counts as a message?
Each message you wrote that we check for mistakes counts as one. Messages from other people do not count, and messages we already checked in an earlier upload are skipped. If an upload has more new messages than you have left, we check your newest ones and tell you.
What happens to my data?
Your chat file is read on your phone or computer and is never uploaded. We keep your messages with mistakes and a few lines around them, so you can practice. You can delete a chat at any time. If you stop Pro, your chats and progress stay and the Free limits apply again. Read the privacy page.
How do voice notes work?
Voice notes are a Pro feature. Export your chat with media and choose to include your voice notes. We turn them into text, look for mistakes in what you said, and delete the audio right after. Only your own voice notes are sent.
Can I share a chat?
Yes. The owner of a chat can invite a few people by email, like a teacher or a friend. Uploads count for the person who uploads.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings and tap Manage billing. You can cancel at any time. Pro stays until the end of the month you paid for, then you are on Free.
When do my limits start again?
Monthly limits start again on the 1st of each month. Daily limits start again every day at midnight (UTC).
